Mind, Body and Spirit

Everything that we do...everything that we are...everything that exists, is made up of energy. The Chinese refer to this energy as Chi. The Japanese call it Ki. In the west it's often referred to as esotericism. No matter what you call it, in short it is the Universal Life Force that, as the term implies, gives life to the universe. It is within our own power to control this energy to our benefit. To control your own energy, is control your life. And to control your life is to control your happiness. However, sometimes life in gets in the way.

I feel a bit hypocritical making this assertion since I myself find it very difficult to control my own energy.

But it is a quest that I will never give up!!!
