My father was a photographer. He never made it big, but he made a living. Most of his life he took care of his family in
professions that were far from artistic.. But in his heart he was always a photographer.
He introduced me to the art, and it's importance to the world.
One of the last things he ever said to me, while looking at some of my work, was "I guess you were paying attention."
Photography is not about taking pictures of enjoyable or interesting things...it's about taking pictures of
life as it's lived everyday, and making it enjoyableand interesting
This site is deedicated to the memory of my father, Ronald L. Wentworth.
